By creating an account, accessing, or using WoodSouq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain the security of your account credentials; promptly update any changes to your information; accept responsibility for all activities under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Marketplace Rules

As a marketplace platform, WoodSouq facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. Users agree to: list only products they have the right to sell; provide accurate descriptions and images; honor listed prices and terms; communicate professionally and respond promptly; complete transactions in good faith; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users may not: list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products; engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices; harass, threaten, or harm other users; circumvent platform fees or security measures; scrape, copy, or misuse platform content; use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities; post false, misleading, or defamatory content; or violate intellectual property rights of others.

5. Fees and Payments

WoodSouq may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. Sellers are responsible for any taxes applicable to their sales. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and their terms also apply.

6. Intellectual Property

WoodSouq and its content, features, and functionality are owned by WoodSouq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant WoodSouq a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WoodSouq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoodSouq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Users agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes directly with each other. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against WoodSouq.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WoodSouq, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
